We expect suppliers, contractors and business partners to operate responsibly, comply with applicable laws and maintain standards consistent with ethical and professional business conduct.

Suppliers working with Excelerate Ltd are expected to support responsible, lawful and ethical operational practices throughout their own business activities and supply chains.

Human rights

Suppliers must respect the dignity, rights and wellbeing of workers and individuals affected by their business activities.

  • Respect personal dignity, privacy and individual rights.
  • Prohibit abusive, threatening, coercive or exploitative behaviour.
  • Reject forced labour, slavery and human trafficking.
  • Ensure workers are free to leave employment appropriately and lawfully.

Fair labour standards

Suppliers are expected to maintain fair and lawful employment practices.

  • No unlawful discrimination.
  • No child labour outside applicable legal frameworks.
  • Compliance with wage and employment laws.
  • Respect for lawful working hour requirements.
  • Support fair and safe working conditions.
  • Respect employee rights under applicable legislation.

Health, safety and operational responsibility

Suppliers are expected to provide safe and responsible working environments and operate with appropriate regard for health and safety.

  • Maintain safe working practices.
  • Identify and manage operational risks appropriately.
  • Provide relevant employee training where required.
  • Support safe handling, storage and operational procedures.
  • Maintain appropriate workplace health and safety standards.

Business ethics and integrity

Suppliers must conduct business honestly, lawfully and professionally.

  • Comply with anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws.
  • Avoid conflicts of interest where possible.
  • Protect confidential business information.
  • Respect intellectual property rights.
  • Operate transparently and responsibly.

Environmental responsibility

Excelerate Ltd encourages suppliers to operate responsibly with regard to environmental impact, waste reduction and sustainable operational practices where reasonably practical.

  • Support responsible waste management practices.
  • Reduce unnecessary environmental impact where possible.
  • Encourage efficient operational processes.
  • Comply with relevant environmental legislation.

Compliance and review

Suppliers may be asked to demonstrate compliance with applicable laws, contractual obligations and the principles outlined within this Supplier Code of Conduct.

Excelerate Ltd reserves the right to review supplier relationships where serious breaches of ethical, legal or operational standards are identified.

Concerns regarding this policy or supplier conduct may be raised directly with Excelerate Ltd management where appropriate.
