Response times are estimates only and may vary depending on engineer availability, travel conditions, parts availability, supplier lead times and operational circumstances.

Any performance data, film usage estimates, cost-saving projections, optimisation figures or illustrative examples are indicative only.

Actual results depend on factors including machine setup, operator behaviour, load type, packaging method, storage conditions, transport conditions and other site-specific variables.

No guarantee is given regarding percentage savings, reduced film usage, operational improvements, cost per pallet or machine performance unless expressly agreed in writing.

7. Technical advice and recommendations

Advice and recommendations are provided in good faith and based on the information available to us at the relevant time.

You remain responsible for implementation, operational decisions and verifying suitability for your own business, machinery, goods, processes and application.

8. Third-party equipment and brands

Where we service, repair, advise on or supply products related to third-party machinery or brands, including but not limited to Robopac, Lantech, SIAT, IBIS or Orion, we are not the original manufacturer unless expressly stated otherwise.

Manufacturer warranties, technical requirements, service procedures or support arrangements may apply separately.

Unless expressly confirmed in writing, Excelerate Ltd does not claim OEM manufacturer authorisation or manufacturer warranty coverage.
